Navigating HIV with Strength

Getting an HIV‑positive diagnosis can shake everything: your health, sex life, relationships, and the way you picture your future. Our work together is about slowing that noise down and building a life that actually feels like you, not like a diagnosis.

In one‑on‑one coaching, we’ll get clear on what you’re moving toward—dating again, feeling safer in your body, navigating meds and your care team with more confidence, or finally going after a creative or career goal you put on pause. Then we’ll break that big vision into simple, doable steps you can actually take each week.

My role as your coach is to walk beside you while you build a life that feels possible and exciting again. Your role is to show up as you are, be honest, and be willing to try small experiments between sessions so your “new HIV‑positive life” becomes a life you’re actively choosing.

What you can expect:

- A grounded, judgment‑free space with someone who understands HIV, U=U, and the emotional rollercoaster of a new diagnosis.

- Gentle structure every session: a check‑in, a focus for the day, and one or two concrete actions so you always know what you’re taking into the week.

- Support with the real‑life pieces: talking to partners, disclosure, rebuilding sexual confidence, managing anxiety and shame, boundaries with friends and family, and daily routines that support your health.

- A mix of conversation and simple body‑based tools to help you regulate when things feel intense, so the work lands in your nervous system, not just in your head.
